Cancellation policy for exhibitors and sponsorships with an exhibition booth included in the package:
If cancelled before April 30, 2026, expense allowance of 30% has to be paid as cancellation fee. AFTER April 30, 2026 we no longer accept cancellations. We only accept transfer to a replacement company or individual provided by you UNTIL June 15, 2026. We will refund 70% of the fees after the registration of the replacement. The new exhibitor and/or sponsor with an exhibition booth needs to pay the regular price and deliver customized material (e.g. logo, back-wall design, company information) at the date of the replacement registration. AFTER June 15, 2026, we also no longer accept transfers. The full price of the booked package needs to be paid.

Cancellation policy for sponsorships without an exhibition booth included in the package:
If cancelled before April 30, 2026, expense allowance of 30% has to be paid as cancellation fee. If cancelled before June 15, 2026, expense allowance of 60% has to be paid as cancellation fee. AFTER June 15, 2026, we no longer accept cancellations. The full price of the booked package needs to be paid.
