Registration Fees

All fees include 25.5% Finnish VAT.
Fees cover access to all sessions, the exhibition, the welcome reception, the conference dinner and the conference proceedings.

* The early bird phase is extended until June 21, 2026.
** For every accepted paper one person from the group of authors will have to register at the author rate.
*** The student fee is available for Bachelor and Master students.

Accommodation Information for Conference Attendees

Cancellation policy for participants:
From the date registration opens until August 7, 2026 anyone can cancel their registration and would just incur a 50 € cancellation fee. AFTER August 7, 2026 we no longer accept cancellations, we only accept transfers. Meaning that if you were no longer able to attend but your friend / colleague wanted to come he / she could take over your registration. At that point we would just change the name and contact information for that registration ID. Again, AFTER August 7, 2026 we do not refund anyone’s registration if a person is unable to attend. We do, however, still send the person the proceedings.
